What is the minimum lease term?

You’re welcome to apply after you’ve viewed our rooms and applications are assessed in order and are subject to suitability and availability. We typically respond to applications within 24 hours.
What security measures are in place?
Your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities. Every home is equipped with secure locks on all external doors, and each private bedroom has its own individual lock. Additionally, most of our homes feature a security camera at the front of the property, which is professionally monitored by our management team to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all residents.
